Current patients can access materials through our patient portal.

We are currently in the process of setting up our patient portal for convenient access to informational handouts, training modules, video instruction, self quiz materials, printable supplement schedules, and other great resources. Patients will also be able to send supplement refill requests and even to electronically submit food logs. Get very excited.
